Here at Lassie League, our mission is to increase the Development and Growth of our players by providing them the best coaching across brevard through positive reinforcement, encouragement & commitment by providing a variety of services to enhance the players’ knowledge and to garner more experience.

Our coaching staff is gingerly selected with volunteers dedicated to the league and a highly positive approach.  We strive to help Faspitch Softball Players of all ages to have an opportunity to play and train all year round.

In order to be the best we can be, and provide what our players they require, we need community support in the form of Volunteers and Sponsors.

Merritt Island Lassie League Softball is offering Multiple Levels of sponsorship at the MILA Sports Complex.  The Fields are located at 288 Merritt Avenue in Merritt Island at a cross street of Courtney Parkway. Lassie  League has been a part of the Merritt Island community and Brevard County for over 55 years,  and we are planning the next few years to be the leagues biggest, with many changes to our complex and our fields.  Lassie League will offer 4 divisions of fast pitch girls softball this season and we now have multiple tournament teams that represent our league at different tournaments that are hosted at our fields thru out the year. We are home of the MICS Lady Cougars Softball Team and we have multiple travel ball teams that use our facility.
We are also running a women's slow pitch league and our High School League will be returning in the fall. Lassie League is growing at a rapid pace and we have big plans for the future. We are working to have over 200 girls in the fall and getting our fields and complex ready for the growth of our league. With new training areas and updated equipment MI Lassie League will be the premiere place for fast pitch recreation softball in Brevard County.
