Return to Merritt Island Lassie League Softball 2018 Fall Season

Registration: Early registration is $103 (or $93 Rookies), from August 1st until August 10th, then registration goes to $113 (or $103 Rookies) for Minis and Juniors.  Seniors Pay $20 for reservation with a City Team.  After August 30th, a $10 late fee will apply to each registration.  Register and pay on line through a link to League Apps at www.milassieleague.com.  Create an account at League Apps for your family, and then add your players and enroll them for the 2018 Fall Season.


Opportunities to meet coaches and players will be announced as they are scheduled.  Please check our website at www.milassieleague.com for information as it becomes available and League Apps platform will be used for further contact.  So if interested, please register at least your family.


* Wednesday, August 1st Coaches (new and returning) and Team Moms meeting at Bizzaroâ??s Pizza in Merritt Island at 6PM.

* Monday, August 13th practice officially begins at the fields.

* Tryouts are on Monday, August 20th at 6PM.  With the exception of Rookies, all new players must tryout.  All players moving up a division must also try out.   

NOTE CHANGE:  All Junior players, returning or new, must try out.  Please note that tryouts are on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 6PM.  A separate registration option for tryouts will be created by 8/5/18, please also register for tryouts.  If you are having any issues with registration, please email us at lassieleague1@yahoo.com or contact Alison at 321-626-8040.

* Opening Ceremonies on Saturday, September 8th at 10AM

* 1st  Mini and Junior Games follow Opening Ceremonies on September 8th

* Closing Ceremonies on Saturday, November 10th at 10 AM

Mini and Junior Games are generally on Mondayâ??s and Wednesdays at 6PM and 7:30 PM.  Rookie Games are generally on Fridays at 6PM.  Seniors play 6 Games on Thursdays at 6PM and 7:30 PM later in the season.  Junior and Senior players can play on both Junior and Senior teams.  Practices vary depending on Coaches and teams.  Rookies generally play 8 games, Mini and Juniors play 14 games-then a two week tournament for the championship. 


All games played at MILA Sports Complex on Lassie League Fields! No district restrictions you can live anywhere in Brevard County to play.
